Pool Liner Coping For Above Ground Pools
Pool liner coping simply installs on top of the pool liner and holds it firmly onto the pool wall. Liner coping is needed to hold the liner in place while protecting it from being damaged by the metal stabilizer bars. Pool liner coping tends to become brittle or crack after about 5 years of service and should be replaced during a pool liner replacement.
It may seem that the liner coping is in good shape until the pool is disassembled and there true status is revealed. It’s very good practice to purchase these coping strips at the same time you purchase your new pool liner to avoid any installation delays. Don’t get stopped in the middle of your liner change because of crumbling coping. This is great affordable insurance.
